Our smaller modules in multiples of 160 or 200 sq/ft. can be delivered nation wide [India]. The larger modules between 600 sq/ft. to 2000 sq/ft. can be delivered within a range of 350-500km from Bangalore.

Yes, the modular nature of our homes allows for easy expansion. You can add more modules as your needs grow, as long as it is external to the existing structure.

It is designed for the tropical weathers of Indian subcontinent. Our modular structures are built to last. Using weather-resistant materials like Corten steel, they are designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions for decades. With proper maintenance, the expected life for any steel structure, including the latest commercial building, and bridges is 35 - 40 years.

No, modular homes are well insulated and regulate temperatures like civil homes. We use high performance rockwool insulation on the walls and on the roof. We have additional options for a concrete roof as well.
